Fostering innovation at CIS means creating spaces where science and technology drives locally inspired solutions. Our work includes working directly with IT programs to develop digital skills that support youth-led tech initiatives. Our current team includes two interns from universities in Liberia that are gaining hands-on experience by building models and taking initiative to address everyday challenges. We signed a MOU with the city of Monrovia to plan and develop concepts for research and innovation hubs led by young innovators, entrepreneurs, and private-sector players that will ensure a technological driven future.

Among our list of innovative solutions to development challenges is WASSCElab, a learning platform with the goal of improving how students prepare for the West African exams and provides features like performance analytics, personalized learning (AI-powered assistant), and support services. Our work in the Science and Technology space is driven by inclusive, affordable solutions that are aligned with real community challenges.
